The Only Way to Protect Free Speech is to Speak Up

I found this interesting article.

It contains many interesting points, and while I'm not sure about the authenticity of some of them, a lot of their points are definitely true.
I don't quite know to what extent these things extend to other countries, but it's worrying.

Whatever the case, one thing's for sure...

We need to be more open and use our right to freedom of speech more often, and speak out against those that take our rights and freedoms away from us.

We should not be censored, or labelled as low level terrorists for such trivial and innocent things. This situation is ridiculous and has gone far beyond an Orwellian society. We can no longer go into airports without getting our possessions taken from us and thrown away as we are felt up by security strangers. We can no longer say certain things openly. We can no longer practice certain religions in fear of being assumed to be a terrorist.

This is not just in the US, but happening globally.
We are losing our freedoms.
We are losing our rights.
We are losing our voices.

And apparently corporate laws mean that factory workers aren't even allowed to discuss things like copyright in their workplace. This isn't just governments that are guilty of censorship.
