I am inactive nowadays. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. I reply every now and then to the odd comment or note but that's about it.
While the core of my views are similar (basically human rights, freedom and equality for all people and that violence is not the answer) my political views have changed since my time on here. I cringe at some of my older comments but that's what growing up and developing one's viewpoint is all about I guess. I think I'm more socialist than capitalism now but I'm really not sure what the right label for my views is anymore nor can I be bothered with labels.

How do you feel about fetish art of underage fictional characters? Do you hate it? It's okay if you do, but do you think it should be illegal or do you think criminalizing a fetish-y drawing of a cartoon or video game character is going too far? If you do think it's going too far, perhaps you and some of your friends would be willing to get your signatures on this petition I made? There are laws in place in a lot of areas illegalizing fetish art of underage fictional characters and I started this petition to see those laws undone so fan artists and other such creators can have more freedom when it comes to their artwork. I have the link on a journal entry on my profile, but I'll put it here in this comment to save you and everyone else who sees this comment some trouble.

First off, you're just now finding out about my petition? I had a pinned journal entry with that link for quite a while. I made that petition in an effort to increase creative freedom and to ensure safety for innocent artists. That's all I've wanted all along. Even wrote a journal entry about that upon my return.
